房子位于南边south plympton，地址是24/134A Pleasant Avenue. 步行一分钟到tram 第10站， 2分钟到bus站11A，m44，g44， 100，240 等一系列走marionroad到city 的bus 。交通极其方便。 步行5-7分钟到coles，附近还有fish chips，加油站，dv出租店。
房租是每周 $100 full bills ，价钱可以商量！包括水电煤，网， 网是40G的 。家里就我和housemate （女性），所以是2个人一个月合用40g。
