但有些东西我真的要吐槽一下，签的时候承诺可以免3个月的话费，但是我还是一直收到bill，扣我钱......
多次打电话给你们的客服，得到回复都是下个月一定有，是系统问题。但是，从4月到5月到6月， 我连续收到3个月账单，上边并没有提及我所应得的credits.....即使我知道你们会给我免话费，但是这3个月本应该是免费的，却一直收到账单，还是很令我很恼火......特别是上次得到你们一个客服的confirm之后，还是这样一直收到bill，我真的担心所谓的3个月话费减免只是一句空话，等我plan用完了也没有......说好的credits呢？本来我不想发这样的回复的，但是我一直给拖了2个月，真的挺郁闷的，希望能快点解决......(P.S: 我已经发了我的电话号码和pin给你们3次了，但是你们的客服总是说已经和vod沟通过，下个月开始就可以减免，but what I get is nothing.）
