我在澳洲生活快十年，我自己做老板有6年多，我也是做餐饮  ，据我理解就是不想给法定工资的都是黑心老板，我经营6年一直是按行业标准所有福利都有，当然这样的做法就是赚不了多少钱，而大部分华人老板是为了赚更多钱才剥削员工，有些人说什么生意不赚钱...员工能力不够之类的就是扯蛋，为你们的行为找借口，第一，生意不好经营不善你凭什么要员工给你买单？没能力你做什么老板？第二，能力问题你觉得人家不行你可以不请，而不是成为你们降低工资的理由，难道换句话一个很有能力的人你们这些老板会不会给100、200一个小时？老实说..澳洲真不需要你们这群无良无素质的在这里，破坏市场经济，自己人欺负自己人，就你们这样做中国人永远抬不起头...
