但是根据你说的有2个大漏洞！ 1 电话曾是正确的；2 地址也曾是正确的！

如果保险公司责成警察立案追查，通过电话可以知道你真是姓名的！ （好像prepaid的有机会用假名，但是也有你的付账信息，而且估计你也不是职业罪犯，开电话时也不会用假名）
即使你是写的华人房东的地址，警察可以责成post提供送信记录，然后确认曾住人员的。

所以，还是自首吧，你没驾照撞车可不仅是民事责任噢！

既然现在一直都是保险公司出面的话，估计和车主和解的情况是没办法了，最好的办法还是赶快把钱付一付，问保险公司，说自己很穷可不可以少付。
