要填TAX RETURN的表格(可以叫ATO寄給你 / 上網下戴 / 到ATO拿)，也可以上網交ONLINE FORM
ATO網上有教你怎填
但如果真的不懂填，可以和ATO申請MEETING，有人會教你填 (要先申請啊，自己跑上去ATO他們一般都不會理你…)
但太難 / 收入多的，還是建議找會計師

不明白下半年是指甚麼
今年7月到12月份嗎？
