有没有问过manager能不能自己找人换？如果可以，找找华文报纸，装修广告的电话挨个打，找个便宜的就好。
4年前我家里换过门，找人换的，100块，不过门和门锁是bunnings最便宜的那种，门页是用了原来旧的，油漆是自己刷的。
楼上平安是福有些话有道理，有些话就没道理，价格当然是要算上材料费和人工费，不过如果你本身就有开孔器和电钻这些工具，何必要把这个工具的钱都加在费用里呢？如果房子比较新，门框变形的可能性很小啊。我的感觉也是油漆比较贵，2把刷子加底漆加面漆，记得花了我50几刀，不知道如果漆的颜色配得不好，跟房子其他地方有色差的话，楼主的manager会不会有意见呢？
所以楼主要跟你的manager沟通好，再找平安是福去看看，大家都是厚道人，不会坐地起价的。

这位兄弟真是说出我的心声了！不好意思直接反驳平安，怕吵架。不过我也就是110装了扇门的说，还包油漆了。
