你好，如果你的雇主不肯让你离职，然后你又强行自己离开的话，你的雇主可能会上报移民局，那移民局是会取消你们的签证的。如果你女朋友可以申请189独立技术移民，那就没有这方面的限制。

你的签证现在已经下签，是withdraw不了的，你如果和雇主解除合同了，通知移民局，然后跟着你的女朋友申请189即可。
