    作为房客的角度,  房子漏水, 找中介,让房主维修.  如果一直没修好, 那就和中介说, 因为房子漏水, 影响居住. 要求退租或者不交房租.    这个是中介和房东之间的问题, 你不用管, 也不需要你联系房东..  你只要督促中介办..  

   作为2房东的角度,  和访客讲, 房子退租了, 请他赶快搬出去.  如果严重, 直接报警好了, 你和中介签的合同, 你有房子的使用权..  如果房客一直没交房租, 他是没权利住在这里的..  警察应该会处理..  这个和 RTA 没什么关系。。

       客气了..   我也有房子在租, 所以知道这种感觉...   找人来看房子, 同时你也要看对方..  觉得不适合的就不要租...  宁可赔点钱....

话说,很多时候房间空着,是因为我懒得去贴广告哈
