去药店买 fiber gel ,每天喝一杯，我怀孕时也便秘，喝了很有效，没有负作用，医生说小孩，孕妇都能能喝，

fiber gel也不错但是是冲水喝的而且冲完要马上喝，要不然就成果冻了，小孩子可能不会那么容易接受，我说的那个就一次5-10ml，一口就没了，相对小孩子比较容易喂

lactulose可以把水分带进粪便里面，让粪便软化，从而达到顺利排便的作用，吃lactulose的话记得要多喝水

没什么爱不爱喝，好像吃药那样，一次就10ml，要么用针管那种要么用量杯，一口就没了

很多药店都有卖，我是在south road allcare medical center里面的药店买的

噢噢噢噢噢，我上网查了，揉肚子对宝宝便秘有作用，我家宝宝快八个月了，最近也老便秘我就这么用的，还是有效果的，在国内坐月子的时候月嫂也这么教的，还没看见副作用目前
