是的，我的意思是我喝了红糖水后根本不疼，所以就不吃止疼药啦。

每个人体制或许不同，我生完 小米红糖蛋花粥 或是 红糖荷包蛋 。每天都好几个鸡蛋，可是我真的木有任何不良反应。所以因人而异吧。红糖只能喝半个月，最多两周，喝多了恶露一直不停。不过这也是因人而异。至于鸡嘛，鸡汤是公鸡下奶，母鸡不下奶，母鸡是补身的。
