水是温热的， 本来疼的都动不了了，但是一下水，顿时觉得好舒服，没有那么疼了。 对，下水是不能打epidural 那个无痛的，可是我觉的水里挺好的，我没有撕裂，也没有缝针，因为水中比较放松，而且生的也很快，20分钟push 好了，一共push 了7次，我记的特清楚，而且是跪着和蹲着push 的， 所以特别用的上力。越疼，你上身越要往前倾，越不能往后仰或躺着，更疼， 你在上医院课时候也会讲到的。第一胎

好巧啊，我的预产期也是6月12号，医生也说了不用再做B超的，但是我是在FMC生，希望我们都顺利啊。
