2-3年吧   866保护签证拒签也要6个月的。拒签后1540澳币做MRT上诉，第一中院审理要1年左右的，如果上诉失败，申请二次上诉要1-2年呢，最后的移民部长干预上诉也要拖半年多的。中间在补料，hearing听证等的，一般都要2-3年以上的
