请问如果我跟我爱人在国内结婚，爱人在国内，我在这边，是应该办理820还是309签证？？请各位过来人多多指教 ...

你真的好快。我只给了CHECKLIST上面资料。照片都没有。他们在LISTS上不要给呀。
签证官就给我发了封邮件 ...

我8月刚结的婚，然后8月底把资料递上去的，9月中旬就拿到820了，可能那个移民官比较松吧。
我拿到过桥签之后，移民局也没有什么动静了，然后没过多久就收到信说820拿到了。
你交上去多久了呢？
