现在想下好像是因为一怀孕妈妈对宝宝就都比较敏感，害怕宝宝有什么问题，所以情绪过渡紧张。其实有人说，有时候有这样的情况，也许是因为宝宝长大，把子宫撑大了所以肚子疼或者有分泌物是正常情况，欧美很多国家都从95年就取消保胎药，是因为前三个月如果宝宝本来就不健康非要他留下也许以后对大人或者小孩都是折磨，所以顺其自然，自然淘汰也许也是好的。 最最关键的还是好心态。

我都6个月了，最近每天白带是淡褐色而且有血丝的，都不知道是不是该多运动还是该多卧床

麻麻多休息，运动别太剧烈了，一天走个30来分钟可能比较有益。不要压力太大了

谢谢哦，我每天走路20分钟，在家做做家务，也不敢大运动，肚子会总疼
