有关ctsintat 所咨询的问题。
Bond的数目通常不过$1000，就算去小额钱债审裁处 Magistrates Court Small Claim Section 申请，他们都不会受理的，他们接受投诉的最低款项是$1,000。去Residential Tenancies Tribunal 是需要缴付一笔费用的，因此也是不划算的。
所以本律师的建议就是向二房东就读的大学的评议会申请，希望评议会能以人格标准的理由迫使该房东退还bond。
除此之外，本律师也没有其他更好的办法处理此问题。
