Townhouse，地毯，超级干净。（现在空着，欢迎随时入住）特别备注：只要你看房，包你看中。
家电家具空调一应俱全，24小时热水，安静的环境以及便利的交通。
两个single room待租，两个房间大小基本相同，有空调，夏天绝对没问题，因为马上就要到夏天了，据预测今年夏天可能会超级的热哦。

交通便利、购物方便：
1. 到city乘公交车或是火车，交通极其便利712F,719，720，720H,721，721F,721R,722，722F,723F,723W,725F,727F,N721,T721,T722,T722H,以上的车都在这站听，到unisa,Adelaide Uni，flinders uni,marion shopping centre，Chinatown。

本人长登阿德时间已经定了，11月8日到阿德。。。有好房子的房东或朋友请和我联系吧。。。 本人可提供两种方案租房，仅供参考。。。

1) 如果是好房，现在就定下，网上支付AUD100元留房份，传真签订合约。

2）11月8日预约看房，我9、10、11号都有空，看好了即刻入住。

本人比较干净，也比较安静，没有不良嗜好，唯一缺点就是抽烟，但是绝不在屋内抽烟。。。请各位放心。

要求还是不变，近city，一个人单间或价格公道的master room，暂不考虑take整套。有独立卫生间和阳台更好。。。全家具，有车位。
