可以去一个叫Office of Rental Bonds的地方查询房东/二房东有没有lodge bond,ACT是这样,不知道SA那边会不会不同.就算没有written lease agreement,报上你的名字和地址,可以查询bond情况,如果没lodge的话房东(们)就很哈皮了,而且可以让ORB出report给court声明该房东没lodge bond,judge一目了然...

顺便一说,如果房东不托管bond的话,罚款会罚到死的...好像是每周租金的30%然后加罚款...
