看你是什么移民, 如果你要商業/投資移民的話.
你現在只是你個人登陸兩個星期的話,那你租什么都可以.
但如果你的家人在這邊準備逗留比較長時間的話,如無意外的話,你是一定要整租的.
因為你將來的移民資料是需要這些的居住證明的.
而且你孩子讀書也需要一個定期的居住證明.
其實沒什么費不費精力的.
你在網上看中哪些房子,然后通知agent要求看房,
然后覺得地理位置,居住環境
租金等適合了就可以sign up a contract了.
而且這邊有免費幫安家的人(4年前是免費的,現在應該還是吧)
他們會幫你安排住的,讀書的.

我很奇怪你的信息是从哪里得到的.
如果是这样的话, 那很多留学生也没有信用记录啊.
还不是一样租到房.
更何况你是移民过来的.那相对应该有的资金你也会有.
哪有不做生意的道理.
这是不可能发生的.
除非你曾经在这边有过很差的租房记录.(我相信你也不可能有)
