我们想找一个不是太大的房间即可，15-20坪应该就可以了，因为大学宿舍也不大，小点我们不会介意。（再说小了，价格也会便宜一点啊！）
希望地点离阿大不会太远，不用坐车，可以步行的地方最好。（很遗憾很多人说他们的地方离阿大十几分钟就能到，可是我询问的情况似乎不是这样。。。所以希望各位房东一定要如实说明情况。。。）
房租我们接受120以内的价格，因为再高了，就和我们找的HOMESTAY差不多了。希望大家谅解。
如果全包的话当然更好，其实我们本人都是鄙视浪费的人，而且在大学生活中总结了一系列节省的好方法，不会因为是全包或是share bills就放开了用的。
家具要求不高，有基本的即可。
既然选择出国，我们已经做好了吃苦的准备，决定以蟑螂般的毅力努力奋斗，呵呵。。。所以我们不求豪华，只求使用。希望和合适的房东合作愉快！
