房子呢不是特别的明朗宽敞, 但一个人足够住了，房间有全套家具，家里的网络是150G的，家里有电话，电视，离city非常的近,这就是它最大的优点了,而且房客都很实在，好说话，家里有一只小猫，对猫过敏或者不喜欢动物的就算了``有前后院 安静安全，后院可BBQ，前院有草地
家附近有KFC, hungry jeck, Lunch bar等快餐店，有大型医院，K-MART， COLEs等超市购物方便，离SHOWGROUND很近，每次学生期末考试都可步行到达考场，反向坐车10分钟可到海边
