Ducted A/C，意思是管道空调，也就是国内说的中央空调，不过是一家一台。至于是什么原理，Ducted air conditioning不能说明问题。现在多数都是和国内普通空调一样的原理（这边叫reverse cycle）。你说的那种，是蒸馏空调，现在新安装的已经不常见了。

有空调主人也不一定老开的，比较费电。

手机，多功能插线板必须带。电脑我建议在澳洲买。
至于其他的，什么床单被罩被子什么的，看你自己。如果舍不得花钱在这边买，就带，否则这边买也挺好，有便宜的也有贵的。这边的东西一分钱一分货。400澳币的羊毛褥子+300澳币的床单被罩+200澳币的被子，感觉肯定是不一样的。
