UPDATED: A MAN was shot in the leg and police have charged another man over a shooting in Gouger St this morning, the third such incident this year.
A Henley Beach man, 23, was charged with three counts of endangering life, aggravated assault causing serious harm and a host of firearm offences.
He was refused bail and is expected to appear in Adelaide Magistates Court on Tuesday.
Two groups of men who police say were known to each other were involved in a "dispute" at about 1am outside Gaucho's Restaurant.
Two shots were fired from a handgun, one hitting the victim in the leg.
The other shot hit a taxi in the street smashing a window and spraying a woman passenger with glass. She has minor injuries.
He was treated in Royal Adelaide Hospital for non-life threatening injuries.
Police have recovered the gun.
POLICE arrested a man last month over an alleged bikie gun battle and another serious shooting in Adelaide last month.
The man, 38, of Adelaide, is the first person charged over the May 6 incident in which a dozen men traded up to 15 gunshots outside Gauchos Restaurant in Gouger St as bystanders dived for cover.
Eleven others were still wanted over the Gouger St shootings.
