你好，我们肯定会让你免费升级的，让你白跑一趟实在不好意思，  但是我们的信息肯定是没有错的， 因为每一个顾客的信用等级是不同的， 大部分的顾客现在只能22个月才能升级，   但是确确实实有一部分信用等级高的顾客是可以18个月升级的，  所以建议大家来前电话我们一下， 我们可以帮你查一下， 免得你白跑一趟。  谢谢啦

不是信息没有错，是你们的工作人员确实给我看了你们那个发的通知，以前是半年，现在都提高到22个月了，不信你去问你昨天那个男员工
他亲自把你们的最新政策给我看的，至于信用问题，我想如果说从2008年一直跟随3，一直到现在跟着vodafone，没有任何拖欠话费记录，这样的信用都不可以的话，实在是无语，而且我2年签了3个手机，没有任何信用问题，
所以还是你们更新信息的失误了

你好，你说的是这个图吧？ 我估计你应该是中间那3个等级的顾客，所以需要等22个月才可以，但是上面确实有3个等级的顾客是可以18个月就能升级的哦，而且这等级是3公司系统制定的，所以就算按时交话费也不一定是前3个等级的顾客。 就像我自己的计划，我签的是79的2年，每个月也按时交话费，但还是第4等级，我也很郁闷对3公司。有意思的是我一个朋友，欠了2个月的话费没交，竟然是2等级，他很得意的说：这年头欠费才是硬道理。 所以我们的帖子上说最早可以18个月升级，因为毕竟确实有一部分顾客是可以18个月升级的。      不过你的这个情况，我们一定让你早点升级，而且还送你礼物，麻烦你发私信告诉我你的手机号码和PIN，我明天帮你去争取一下，谢谢对我们的支持
