目前已经在澳洲的学生，新的PSW政策还未清晰，2013年应该会出炉了，所以目前不好一概而论，等2013年的到来先。

PSW政策是对于2011年11月份以后变化的首次入境的同学适用的。但目前对境内的学生而言是不FAIR的，所以2013年会有一个定案。至于你的情况，与你电话联系过，尽快处理了，祝好运。

取决于签证有效期，如果人在境内，在现有签证失效期前申请了另外一个有效的签证，是可以拖些时间的。她什么时候获得首次签证的呢？

我是今年7月IT的本科毕业生，我想申请TR，我的签证八月底就到期了，但是我的雅思还没有考到6分。如果我申请一个572的DIPLOMA 延签3个月，然后在这段时间内考到雅思。然后用IT的文凭申请TR会不会被新申请的572签证条款制约。会不会有什么问题出现？  
另外，我看到有人说可以申请一个旅游签证并且要求掉No further stay条款，请问有这个可行性吗？
