你好，想請教申請 TR 的問題，先說背景

本人今年30，在香港有幾年採購經驗，後決定來澳年學位

你好，对你的问题解答如下：
1。目前的政策是TR暂时还在，还没有剔除。而且目前有PSW post study work签证，基本要求是2年全时学习，细则就不意义列举了。
2。目前最低要求是2年相关学习，18个月不满足要求，可以联系我看看是否有办法。
3。TR对于学生而言，往往所指的是485
4。职业年拿分与为了以后的工作都有利。有详细的总结。
5。翻译？这个需要好好考虑，毕竟翻译很难与会计相关。

8月末签证就到期，如果没有续签的话，你在境内就没有签证了。但开学时间离开课时间太久，一般移民会要求你回去申请。不过，是否有商量的余地考虑不去读TAFE课程，而是读其他开课时间相对灵活的呢？可以直接联系我。

如果记得没错的话，原有的457申请人转永居，还是享有旧有的政策。

目前的最新政策是针对境内独立技术移民类别，2013年1月1日才导入，所以还有些时间回旋，主要的前提是你如何凑足分数。目前，如果你只差5分的话，悉尼这边是有合乎的课程的，才半年NAATI认可的课程。BRISBANE的话，过一段时间可能也会有，有的时候我会通知你。你朋友的情况你或许也不大清楚，描述的也不够，无法评论，呵。

如果条件符合的话，如果那时候485还在，可以先申请485过渡一下，有需要，可以帮你做的。
