按你的收入算（不算工作相关开销和其他收入）税应该是1800左右。
Entrepreneurs tax offset只适用于ABN holders, tournover less than 75000. 一般讲labour hire不能享受该offset.

entrepreneurs顾名思义，当然是carry on business才能享受地,如果5年内你朋友没被查到，就不用担心了

我在一个公司做full time，IT，去年收入4万多，最近刚拿到PAYG，withheld 8K多。
另外还有一份ABN的工作也是IT，就给一个公司做，Contract，4K多，是不是赚的不够6K可以不用反啊？还是要把这个放在eTax里面？我刚刚填在了PSI里面了，发现没多少可以deduct的……
另外ATO网站上是不是也要交一份BAS啊？我记得我注册的时候是年度的。这个和退税有关系吗？感觉好乱啊

你的收入全部要申报。 contract的收入放在PSI里。只有business income over $75k才是必须注册GST,你的情况不用递交BAS.

理论上讲，有carry on business，收入要申报，不管是不是超过6000. 2010年taxable income没超15000交的税一般都能退回来
