GRANT LETTER里面会有文职类说明VISA 于什么时候批复的,仔细看看,应该会知道的.呵

有一个问题是这样的
我母亲在这边也开了一个银行帐户 和我都是COMMONWEALTH BANK
而且一切都是由我控制 我们两个的网络银行是在一起的
我的个人帐户里没有多少钱 大部分在她的帐户里
我是独子
请问她帐户下的钱可以算在我的个人资产里吗?

从法律依据上而言,不可以,毕竟是你母亲名下的.

2.看到消息说CCIQ通知必须在71前10到15天递交2，3步，，那这只是个建议呢还是说是必须的？如果没有提前10到15天递交的话是不是就得走71新政策？

具体的某一个地区的审理时间很难把握，这个需要去咨询当地的处理中心。对于7月1日前10到15天递交，这个是一个指导政策，所以尽量尽一切可能满足其要求，才能保证你的利益。好运！

如果时2月8日签发的，从时间上而言，刚好在最后一天，还需要看看是否满足其它必要条件，以决定是否可申请485签证，时间不多了，如果打算DIY，尽快研究，祝好运。
