durack和oxley都有水淹风险，inala太乱，doolandella其实不错，forest lake靠近湖那片也不错。

我最近再看Runcorn calamvale的房子 60 万以上的 那强的啊 都不知道怎么了

最主要runcorn跟calamvale都被華人給炒起來大家都覺得方便  吃東西也方便
搭車也方便
所以現在想買這兩個地方
價前幾乎都不便宜
但是還是很多華人捨得多花好幾萬買

跟garden city這個交通樞紐比起來　parkinson跟algester這些地方　交通會比較好嗎　交通好不好不只靠公車　
他離highway多遠　能不能快速到其他區??　大部分的人都是在city上班的　他離city近嗎??　如果只有一條主要幹道出入　光堵車就瘋了　要說130經過的地方　sunnybank也是阿　幹嘛不買sunnybank？　sunnybank 連火車站都有

parkinson再賣第一批地的時候　我朋友就去買了　光是他離city那麼遠就覺得發展有限　

布里斯本的富人大都住在ascot, st lucia這些　你說的沒有錯　交通是不那麼發達　但是另一個重點是離city也近　才是富人區
自己有船有飛機當然不用交通發達
