This unit is in a quiet and shining street, walking distance to everything.We have the courtyard with lovely outlook, so might held some light parties at weekend, but not often.Lock up garage downstairs and off-street park as well.Smoking outside.
This bedroom has a seperate door to the balcony, so we won't disturb each othr.spacious built in closet, queensize bed, ceiling fans,great temperature. Ulimited internet. Share bathroom, kitchen and study room.

12 mins to QUT free shuttle bus station and library. If you are QUT student, you can catch this directly to city.
Every Saturday, there is Kelvin Grove market in Kelvin grove village as well, might take you 18 mins walk.
10 mins walk to Aldi shopping centre where you can buy amazing products there.
Handy location to Royal Brisbane Hospital.
