我的申请出了些问题.英国的学校给我的OFFER 里面要IELTS的原件,要求是2003年九月之后的成绩.很不巧,我的成绩是2003.08.23.早了7天.我该怎么写信去说这个问题,让学校接受这个时间的成绩.能帮我改改吗?我感觉自己表达不够专业:( 谢谢!!

I found one of conditions of offer is “IELTS Test Reports must be originals and must have been taken since September 2003”. But I took the test on August 23,2003 .It is only 8 days before your requirement.For now working in an American Design Firm and the working language is English, I am confident that my English Skill is better than ever before. Please kindly accept my IELTS result.
