学生签证8.30到期，续签问题急求帮忙解答

1. 我听说工作签证有两种，区别挺大的，能不能简单说一下呢？
2.学生签到期了还没拿下工签，会不会有麻烦？
3.听说办工签时做AFP的时候是不是需要按手印？

2.首先，无论申请的是哪种485签证，都必须是在澳洲境内递交，递交的同时，就会被grant一个bridging visa a 也就是我们俗称的过桥签证。在学生签证还未过期时，过桥签证不会生效；当你的学生签到期后，过桥签证会自动生效，此时，你就可以持有过桥签证A合法的留在澳洲境内，等待你工作签证下签。再次需要提醒一下，持有生效的过桥签证A的同学，不可以离开澳洲境内的，如果有一些特殊事情，必须离境的话，需要提前联系移民局换过桥签证。

3.根据现行政策和签证条款要求，用于工作签证的AFP不需要按手印
