另外，两个孩子是澳洲籍的，想长期回去国内不用一直续签出境什么的，可以办理什么手续呢？

如果你孩子是澳洲籍，又想在国内长期居住和教育，你可以到本律所办理一份儿童寄养委托书，将孩子寄养给你在中国的父母，有效期为10年。即10年内你的孩子无需离开中国，但可以随时到澳大利亚。
该费用是$660(含GST)，需要14天的时间，其中包括起草文件的费用，澳大利亚国际公证律师的认证费用，澳大利亚外交部的认证费用，中国大使馆的认证费用以及往来堪培拉的快递费用。
