Blackberry Z10 only used one week

i recently brought the Blackberry Z10 and only used one week but found that i cannot use to the Z10 Operation System. it not means this phone is bad, it is just to business! hope someone used Blackberry OS before and want to try this phone again. can contact with me. 0422210358
