btw, 顺便说句，咱们中国人经常把月经来的不好归咎于月经不调，其实月经不好有很多原因的，这个事情可大可小。 还是系统的查一下， 发现问题的根源比较好，千万别擅自自行调理

楼主，我的建议是，如果你想打算要孩子啦， 那你就还是先看GP， 看GP怎么说，估计需要测血查激素，跟做超声波检查。 如果你都没问题啦，GP会让你自己先尝试半年到8个月自然受孕， 如果不成功，你到时候再回去看GP， GP会给你转到专科医生那里。 如果你着急要孩子的话，你就跟GP说你着急要孩子，估计你的GP就会把你转到生育的Specialist那里了，然后专科医生会根据你的检查结果，有针对性的帮助你怀孕， 这样会快一些。希望对你有帮助
