我是2007年11月9日拿到ＳＩＲ的，然后同年11月14日离开ad回国过年，2008年2月13日返回ad。

我fulltime工作一年已经完成，如果不算回国的时间，今年11月9日就算住满2年了，到底回国度假的时间要不要扣除啊？

如果要扣除，那我是不是最早要明年2月才能递交转pr的申请？
