现在我的条件已经满足申请PR了，但是我在ADELAIDE的中介告诉我如果我485不下来，就不可以，因为我已经毕业超过半年了，但是我其实学ADVANCED DIPLOMA时是一边读书一般打工的，只是不是学生签证
但是因为现在485审批进度较慢，所以还没有到我，但是我的条件已经满足申请PR了，请问可以去移民局申述这样的情况么？因为如果到了明年，IELTS要重考，而且还有什么职业技能测试，会很麻烦
比较重要的是，我的同学于今年2月递交的485，已经被批下来了，中介告诉我说是因为移民局分一批移民官，从今年2月份以后的CASE开始审查，那这样不是很不公平么？请问有什么办法能应对这种情况，万分感谢。
