Looking for someone to take over my room in a 6 bedroom house. Room is for one person, fully furnished, really comfortable and has a double bed. Bathroom is shared but you have your own sink.
Kitchen and washing areas are shared, including kitchenware, but are really spacious and the internet is fast and unlimited. All common areas are professionally cleaned weekly. People in the house are really friendly and clean and study at UQ, so house is quite peaceful.
Extremely close to UQ, right in front of the soccer fields in Carmody road and only a 1 min walk to the nearest bus station where you can catch the 412 to Toowong or the City. You also have a small supermarket and Dominos only 5 min away.
