今天晚上9点多接到了BIGPOND的回信。
我刚试了下，确实没有问题了，但是不一定解决完全人的。
执行下列操作后，记得关IE，然后再开IE，个人建议再重启下！

The problem you are experiencing can be caused by a corrupt Temporary Internet File stored on your computer. To attempt to resolve this issue, we will reset the default Internet Explorer settings, as well as clearing your Temporary Internet Files (cache) and Cookies. Please complete the following:
To restore the default settings of Internet Explorer:
* Open the Internet Explorer program.
* Click on Tools.
* Select on Internet Options.
* Select on Advanced.
* Click on Restore Defaults.
* Click on Apply.
* Click OK.
To clear Temporary Internet Files and Cookies:
* Open the Internet Explorer program.
* Click on Tools.
* Select Internet Options.
* Click the Delete Files button.
* Place a tick in Delete all offline content.
* Click OK to delete all Temporary Internet Files.
* Click Apply.
* Click the OK button.
Close Internet Explorer window and try the website again.
If still having the same issue may we know if the website works on a different Internet Service Provider.
Note: If it does not work on other connections either, then the fault is likely to be with the Website Host rather than BigPond.
Note: If it only happens with BigPond, please try to use other web browser. If still having the same issue, please send us traceroute information. Traceroutes can be used to view the path taken between your computer and the website that you are trying to view. We can then check for delays or transport failures.
To perform a trace route, please complete the following:
* Click Start.
* Select Run.
* Type command in the box.
* Click Ok.
* Type "tracert [url=http://www.bigpond.com[/url]www.bigpond.com[/url] for the affected website).
* Press Enter.
* Copy the results into an email and note the date and time.
Please forward this information to us to investigate the issue further.
This will help us diagnose the problem and provide a more informed response to your enquiry. |
