想把vodafone转成Telstra的问题

我现在在用vodafone45刀sim only的套餐，想换成Telstra的sim only，要怎么办呢？另外我的月结日是每月20号，现在才9号，vodafone会怎么扣费呢？？？？求大神帮忙！！！！
