Situated in Brisbane Fortitude Valley, Inner City Motel is looking for a customer focused individual to join.

To be considered for this position, you should possess the following attributes:

    Well presented
    Strong customer focus
    Essential experience in a Hotel/Motel environment
    Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Mandarin and English
    Good time management and ability to multitask
    Full ability to work a 7 days rotating roster (Day and Evening shifts)
    Excellent attention to details


Duties include but are not limited to:

    Ensure the smooth running of daily check in / check out process
    Answer all incoming calls promptly
    Action all guest requests

    Answer reservation enquiries
