About Us: HRT Acupuncture and Massage Centre offer an assortment of alternativetreatments, and you will have the opportunity to work alongside several of ouroutstanding acupuncture and massage therapists. We also provide a friendly workenvironment, and are conveniently located at Sunnybank Plaza, with on-siteparking. What this role requires: HRT Acupuncture and Massage Centre iscurrently looking for an enthusiastic female receptionist who has (preferably)had prior experience in admin or customer service. The successful applicantwill need to be: · Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese (Reading andSpeaking) · Proficient in typing English and Chinese · A proactive and supportive team player · Possess strong communication, and customer service skills · Strong time management skills and an ability to multi-task · Ability to be adaptable and flexible to changing businessneeds Key duties include: · Meeting and greeting patients in a kind and caring manner · Appointment bookings which includes cancelling andrescheduling appointments · Managing all incoming calls and voicemail · Invoicing and billing patients and processing payments · Database management and manual filing
