Toowong, Indooroopilly, South Brisbane, Sunnybank 或其他区都可以，近公交就可。

要求有独立卫浴。可煮食。不需要有车位。

入住期间应该大部分时间出外旅行。希望房屋房间状况干净，行李比较多所以希望房间不要太小。

由11月尾或12月头 住到 一月头。具体可以商议。
