The whole house is well furnished, because the house owners, Jimmy and Louisa have been living in for a while before they decided to lease two of the rooms (four bedrooms in total). The owners of the house are an easygoing couple (both HongKong immigrant living in Australia for more than ten years, speak Mandarin, Cantonese, and English, both retired). The rooms are of slightly different sizes, but equipped with the similar necessities: a single bad, a ceiling fan, a desk, a table lamp, a bookshelf, builtin wardrobe, etc. The two tenants will share a toilet and bathroom by themselves. And there will also be a individual fridge for the tenants. The house is 3 to 4 minutes walking from the closest bus stop (150,155,156,157 every 5min during weekdays; 150, 155 every 15min during public holidays). It’s perfect for students of the nearby unis who hasn’t got a car.
Jimmy and Louisa are looking forward to having those who don’t smoke, don’t drink much, don’t have pets, aren’t party animals to share their lovely quiet house. Friends’ visit during daytime is welcome, but no overnight stay please.
