I have rooms available to rent in a Townhouse near Browns plains, Grand Plaza Shopping center.
It is only $160 per week for two people including water, electricity and water!!
Only 30mins drive from the city, and 15 mins drive to sunnybank.
Easy for shopping, only 2 mins drive to a big shopping center calls 'Grand Plaza Shopping center' where you could find Coles, 2 Woolworths, Target, Big W, Kmart, Aldi and a lot more..... nothing to miss lol
Outside the shopping center, there are buses interchange to city, garden city, Logan area and a lot more.... 140 150 145 545 560 550 .....
The house is clean and quiet....
