Job Duties: - Opening and Closing of Cafe; - Cash handling and banking; - Staff management including rosters; - Implementing customer service standards; - Stock control; - Promotions and marketing.
Candidates must demonstrate the following experience:
- Relevant experience in a leadership position within an operation of a similar profile is essential; - Past experience in a café environment is advantageous; - Highly developed customer service skills coupled with a passion for beautiful artisan products; - Solid people management skills - ability to lead a high performing, passionate and engaged team; - Ability and drive to identify and implement revenue generating campaigns; - Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities and apply good judgement, whilst demonstrating exceptional organisational skills; - Availability to work day hours over a 7 day rotating roster.
