你可以上网发帖求助, 说明电脑还可以用, 大多数软件和程序问题网上可以搜到解决方法, 可能你不懂电脑看着会麻烦一点, 但专心读懂还是不会很困难

如果你把你的问题在网上搜, 大多数网友都说出这类毛病是因为硬件坏了, 就没必要找计算机学生了, 拿到店里换硬件, sunnybank plaza的flight center对面那家可以, 我电脑就是从他们那装的, 之后有问题和升级硬件都抱去他们那, 没有没解决的历史, 而且他们那硬件存货不少, 基本总会有你需要的, 还有一点, 如果你选定了一家就不要换了, 比如我一年前去他们那装了个无线驱动网卡, 前段时间坏了, 他给我免费换了个新的, 因为我从他们那买才一年, 而且属于正常磨损, 在保修期内(其实是保换期内), 所以还是不错的

当然上面说的都是你得是台式机, 要是笔记本, 软件可以修, 硬件完蛋事就大了
