废话不多说，只说关键的。
签证官：最右边窗口（7号?）白人帅哥，很严肃，没见他笑过。
过程（全程英文，为了方便，下面部分对话用中文转述）：
me: Good morning, sir. （顺便递上材料）
VO: Good morning, how are you?
me: Fine. Thank you.
VO: 你为什么需要这个签证？
me: I'm going to pursue my master's degree in Computer Engineering at ****.
VO: 你现在是学生？
me: I'm a senior undergrad of B**h*** University.
VO: B**h***?
me: Yes, B**h***.
VO: 这个项目可以怎么帮到你？
me: I will take the course Distributed Computing and it will help me find a job position in leading IT companies back in China, like Google, Microsoft, IBM, etc..
VO: 给我CV。
me: Here you are.（给了admission letter, CV, study plan）
VO: （看着CV的上端——我的联系方式，本科学校和专业——狂打字，持续1分钟，两人无话）
VO: blah blah Congratulations. blah blah administrative processing blah blah. blah blah 2 or 3 weeks. （退回了I20，撕了邮寄的小蓝条给我，留下其他东西，包括护照）
me: OK, thank you very much. Have a nice day.
补充说明：
1. 前三个加黑的地方可能是VO觉得敏感的地方。不过看架势是我一说Computer Engineering就打算给我个行政审查。
2. 带了一包辅助材料结果都没打开过，根本没提费用的事情。
3. 除了多收了admission letter, CV, study plan，其他和直接过的人没有区别。
4. 祝愿各位学CS/EE这种行政审查大户的同学能免于审查。
