可以同时申请一个大学的两种专业么？

     可以同时申请一个大学的两个专业么？另如A学院的一个专业，B学院的另一个专业？
    我在它主页上看到这么一段话：

    它这段话显然表示可以申请两个或两个以上的programme，那么这里所说的programe是不是我所问的专业呢？
    要是可以就太好了
