We are seeking a reliable, enthusiastic, and experienced Part-Time/ Full-Time Retail Sales Assistant to join our City Convenience Store.

This role consists of but is not limited to:
? Provide customers with exceptional customer service, provide accurate information and answer questions about specific products and services.
? Maintain and replenish convenience goods storewide, conducted stock takes and cash management
? Liaison with suppliers for delivery tracking
? Pick and pack orders for wholesale customers
? Inventory Management through completed the good received and purchase order
? Support and collaborate with the other team members.
? Maintain the cleanliness of the store
To be successful we expect you:
? To be a highly motivated person with the exceptional customer service experience
? Work in a team environment, use your initiative and problem solve.
? Average available working time should be 20-30 hours a week
? Have good communication and interpersonal skills in English and Chinese with fluency in Mandarin.
? Be flexible to work on an ad-hoc basis including Thursday evenings, weekends and public holidays
? Experience in retail sales, previous convenience store sales experience preferred but not essential
? Reliability, Honesty & dependability
