Today, I received a reply from U of Manitoba. It as follows,
"I just received your file back this morning. The committee is recommending that you be admitted to the Pre-Masters program. Your file will be returned to the Faculty of Graduate Studies this afternoon."
So, please help me to tell, what's the meaning of it? Means I was enrolled or not or still waiting?
And what's the meaning for"Pre-Masters program"?
And roughly how about the computer science department at University of Manitoba?
